When a tutor submits the form, we collect the details entered (e.g., name, contact details, subjects, levels, availability, location, DBS status and optional rate/bio).

When a school/centre submits a request, we collect the organisation details and requirements provided.

How we use it

• To match tutors with enquiries from schools and learning centres.
• To share tutor details with organisations requesting tutors (only for that purpose).
• To administer membership and respond to messages.

Legal basis

We process tutor data based on consent (confirmed via the tick box on the tutor form) and/or legitimate interests for responding to enquiries.

Sharing

We share tutor data with schools/centres only to facilitate tutoring enquiries. We do not sell tutor data for unrelated marketing.

Retention

We keep data only as long as necessary. Tutors can request removal at any time.

Your rights

• Access, correction, deletion, and restriction of processing.
• Withdraw consent at any time.
• Complain to the ICO (UK).
